 FAQs

  • Chiropractic care may be eligible for reimbursement through your health insurance. We do not participate directly with insurance companies, but we provide detailed, itemized receipts you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. We begin with a complimentary consultation so you can share your concerns and ask questions. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your individual policy, so check directly with your provider to understand your coverage.

  • Before your first visit, you'll fill out our new patient form (found in the New Patients tab). When you arrive, you'll meet with Dr. Saintaubin to discuss your current health concerns. He'll ask additional questions about your health and history to get a clear picture of what's going on.

From there, we'll complete a comprehensive neurological, postural, orthopedic, and chiropractic examination to correctly diagnose your problem. If X-rays are needed, we can take them right here in our office.. Dr. Saintaubin will then explain your condition, how chiropractic can help, and discuss your treatment options. If you're a good candidate for care, you may be adjusted on your first visit.

  • Yes. Chiropractic care is widely recognized as one of the safest, drug-free, non-invasive approaches to managing musculoskeletal conditions. Our comprehensive intake process, including your clinical history and physical examination, ensures we have the full picture before starting any treatment.

We'll discuss your options and keep you informed at every step. Our number one goal is your safety and comfort. If we determine that you need to be seen by another healthcare professional, we'll refer you to the right person.

  • The "pop" you sometimes hear during an adjustment is simply gas releasing from between the spinal joints, not bones cracking or grinding. It's the same thing that happens when you crack your knuckles. It's completely harmless.

If the sound bothers you, just let us know. We use a variety of techniques and can modify your treatment without compromising your care.

  • No referral is needed. You can schedule directly with us anytime. Some insurance plans may require a referral for reimbursement purposes, so it's worth checking with your provider if you plan to submit for coverage.

  • It depends on you, your goals, and your condition. How long has the problem been there? How severe is it? No two people are the same, so no two treatment plans are the same. Based on our findings from your history and examination, we'll recommend a plan specifically tailored to you and explain what to expect along the way.

  • Yes. We see patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, including pregnant women. Chiropractic care is always adjusted to suit the individual, so we can safely and comfortably care for people in many different situations.
